Return Authorization Request

Here at Reynolds Gift Shop, we take great pride in being able to offer you high quality gifts and home decor items at a fraction of the price. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

If you are unsatisfied with an item you received, an item arrives broke, or you are missing an item, Contact us with the form below for a refund, return, or to report a missing item.

All returns, exchanges or refund requests must be made via the form below. Please DO NOT return an item without filling out the form and waiting for our return instructions. Returns sent without prior instructions WILL NOT be accepted.

• Return requests must be made within 21 business days of receipt of your order.
  
• Authorized returns must be shipped back within 15 days from the time we give you your return instructions.
• Returned merchandise must be in original packaging.
• If you are returning an item because you just don't want it, then YOU are responsible for the return shipping charges.
• If an item arrives broken we will replace that item at no cost to you. However we may require you to return that item.
  

How you are refunded is your choice, we will either offer you store credit or we will refund payment in the same manner it was made.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
